保护国际（CI）中国海洋项目经理

工作地点：广东（广州或湛江）

职位描述：

• 与项目团队合作设计、执行和监测可持续景观/海洋和蓝色经济等项目；

• 协助海洋项目总监与有关部门、企业、科研单位、大学和其他公益组织合作，扩大CI在中国海洋保护事业上的影响；

• 与CI总部和中国的宣传和筹款团队合作，拓展和开发项目；

• 代表CI中国参与包括内部会议、部门会议或研讨、利益相关方会议或研讨等的各种相关活动；

• 为CI中国管理团队和其他员工提供必要的技术支持。

要求：

• 有与保护和发展相关的生态/生物保护、土地/海洋空间规划、自然资源管理、环境经济学或环境规划等相关专业的学士学位。相关领域硕士学位更佳

• 至少4年的项目管理/实施或类似领域的工作经验

• 良好的沟通技能，并了解国内外公益组织的相关情况

• 良好的中英文沟通能力

• 具备一定的讲解、说明和翻译能力，将信息以适合的方式传递给目标受众能够与地方和国家不同层面的各种利益相关者合作，包括企业

• 优先考虑具备自我激励、团队导向，能在困难情况下按期完成工作的候选者

CI China MarineProgram Manager

Job type: Full time

Working place: Guangdong (Guangzhou or Zhanjiang)

Job Description

• Collaborate with field team for projects design, implementation and monitoring towards sustainable landscapes/ocean and blue economies.

• Assist Marine Program Director to liaison with relevant government departments, corporate, research institutes, universities, other NGOs to expand/amplify CI’s impact on marine conservation in China.

• Collaborate with CI HQ and CIC’s communication and fundraising teams for program expansion and development.

• Represent CIC in various occasions including HQ meetings, government meetings/workshops, stakeholders’ meetings/workshops to demonstrate and promote CIC program when needed.

• Provide technical support to CIC’s management team and other staff when needed.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience on conservation, spatial land/ocean use planning, natural resources management, environmental economics or environmental planning relevant to conservation and development issues. A Master’s degree in this same area would be preferable.

• At least 4 years work experience in project management/implementation or similar area of expertise.

• Good networking skills and knowledge on international and national NGOs in China.

• Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese (reading, writing, oral and presentation).

• Ability to delivering presentations; interpreting and presenting information to suit the target audience.

• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders from local and national governments to the private sector.

• The preferred candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented and able to meet project deadlines often under difficult circumstances.
